Maintaining Opera Data Connection

Every 4 months, the range of dates for the Opera data will have to be adjusted.
Any format changes in Opera data produced (in the form of an XML file) will break the data connection.
Filtering events by EventStatus = "ACT" OR EventStatus ="DEF" will cut down on the file size.
This XML file must be named Daily_Events.txt and be accessible from this network share \\wo-pms-svr2\Signage
