Promotions

Prerequisite: Knowing how to upload media files is required. For instruction on how to do this, check the "How to Upload Logos" section.

1) Using a browser (Chrome, if possible), go to this case-sensitive URL: http://WO-SIGNAGE-CMS/ContentManager

Username: promos
Password: 12345678

http://WO-SIGNAGE-CMS/ContentManager is an internal web site that may only be accessible from specific locations.

2) Click on "Media"

3) You are now in the Media Library, which holds all the promotions to be played. Adding / removing items from here will add / remove it from the list of promotions within 20 minutes.

Images will play for 5 seconds apiece.

Items are played in random.

When choosing an image to upload:

All common formats (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF) are accepted. PNG and JPG are preferred. If using JPG, the image should be in RGB Mode. If using PNG, do not show transparency.
The size of the image should be 1080 x 1920 pixels. If it isn't, it should at least be a 9:16 aspect ratio image.
