How to Upload Logos

1) Using a browser (Chrome, if possible), go to this case-sensitive URL: http://WO-SIGNAGE-CMS/ContentManager

http://WO-SIGNAGE-CMS/Content Manager is an internal web site that may only be accessible from specific locations.

2) Click on "Media"

3) You are now in the Media Library, which holds all your logo images. You may upload new images or replaces existing images.

A) You can see your list of images here

B) There is a search bar and search filters if you want to look for a particular image.

C) In your computer, look for an image you want to upload.

When choosing an image to upload:

All common formats (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF) are accepted. PNG and JPG are preferred. If using JPG, the image must be in RGB Mode and not CMYK mode. If using PNG, do not show transparency.
The size of the logo is 345 x 227 pixels. As much as possible, try to be as close to those dimensions. If the images used are of other dimensions, they will be resized to 345 x 277 pixels.
The name of the file (not including the file extension) must be exactly the same as what's on the door card. We will only match the alphabetical characters between the file name and the door card and it will not be case-sensitive. All other characters will be ignored. For example, the door card may have the & symbol and it will be shown as-is; for the purposes of matching the door card and the filename, the & symbol is ignored.

4) Drag and drop 1 or more files you want to upload.

5) Click on Upload. (Leave the rest of the options as-is)

IMPORTANT: Do not fill in anything in the Folder tab.

6) You should shortly see a successful "Upload Complete" message. You can also see the details of the image you have uploaded.

Logos uploaded or updated will show on the screens within 12 minutes.

Note: If you don't see a proper thumbnail for the logo you have uploaded, then it does not conform to specification and will not work.
